
Frank Fleming lives in Schull in West Cork. He has
been a commercial fisherman and fishing vessel
owner for twenty-six years and is familiar with
all aspects of the Irish fishing industry. He is an
active member of the BIM (Bord Iascaigh Mhara)
supported Irish Fishery Improvement Projects
which improve the sustainability of fish. FIPs
are a practical industry led approach to making
a continual improvement in the sustainability
of fisheries.
Fisherman Frank is committed to the development
of responsible and sustainable fishing practices.
We believe that fishing vessels should strive to
land their catch in the best possible quality.
We believe that consumers should be confident
in the origin of the seafood that they eat and be
aware of the manner in which it is caught.
Fisherman Frank supplies Haddock, Whiting,
Breaded Whiting and Hake. All fish is sourced
from vessels who are members of the Fishery
Improvement Projects.
